For the 4th time, I am back to ADDO, the world’s largest DevOps conference. This year with a new session about Amazon S3!
Amazon S3: Around the World in 80 Buckets
Amazon S3 might turn 19 years old soon, but recent new features and enhancements have significantly changed how we store objects. I have spent the last few years trying to outsmart the Intelligence-Tiering class, mostly failing. I have been playing with Cross-Region replication to the most exotic buckets’ locations. Storage Lens and S3 access logs have been my crystal ball.
I will share painful mistakes and lessons learned from managing petabytes of data, dealing with lifecycle rules, replication delays, and failed predictions. We will embark on a journey around the world, encountering surprising challenges and unpredictable results. You will gain new ideas to optimize your S3 storage.
See you soon at the free virtual event!
