We get excited about new services at re:Invent. We would like to try the latest ones just after the keynotes but we might have to deal with services in preview. And a preview might last a long time, even more than a year (see Aurora Serverless v2, for example). What are the rules of the game? What are the benefits? What are the challenges? What about NDA and costs?
